Ana Carolina Jardim Salgado Martins Ribeiro
Chief Investment Officer
Chief Investment Officer of Natural Capital, she served as CFO of Natural Energia. Over 9 years of experience in the energy sector with strong skills in project management and corporate finance.
Ana was also responsible for fundraising and portfolio management. She works as an investment manager certified by ANBIMA with CGA certification. Previous experience in PMO related to Petrobras Pre-Salt platforms (Accenture).
Experience in controlling energy trading contracts (Brookfield Energy).
Ignite Certificate from Stanford University. B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ-Brazil), plus specialization courses in finance and innovation from Stanford Business School, Chicago Booth and COPPEAD.
Bruno Luiz Barbosa Sabino
Compliance, Risk and AML Director
Director of Compliance, Risk and AML of Natural Capital, he served as Controller of Natural Energia. Over 16 years of experience in Controllership and Finance, focused on companies in the oil and gas sector such as Total, Petronas and Qatar Energy.
In addition, he worked as Controller at the companies Ouro Preto (now 3R) and Karoon. At Karoon, he was responsible for the Controllership and Finance Department and its restructuring, which involved all aspects of management reports, FP&A, Internal Controls, statutory accounting, tax area (including tax compliance) and corporate treasury with a focus on financing (banking) and derivatives (hedge).
Executive in Compliance and Anti-Corruption by LEC (Brazilian Compliance Community), with an MBA in Finance from IBMEC and Executive Training in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Gama Filho.
